I was mailing the "best draft" of all issues we want to discuss to X3J13 in
the hopes that, even if there are new proposals brought to the meeting,
they won't get the "two week" rule applied if they are minor adjustments.
Now that its less than two-weeks until the end of the meeting, I think I'll
stop trying, if the issues aren't ready.
