Reverse video CLIM Frames

In Symbolics CLIM 1.0, the default frames and menus come up
with white backgrounds.  I prefer black backgrounds, so I do
Function-C on my Symbolics -- however, this does not effect
CLIM.  How do I effect CLIM's window substrate to produce
black backgrounds for frames and menus?
