thanks for your mail.

I think it's not longer necessary to reproduce the error, because
I fixed my (!?) error:

I gave the with-output-as-presentation a :parent keyword,
e.g. the output-recording-stream-output-record of the pane.
Without doing this, the program (and the delete-output-record-element
command) works perfectly, don't know why.
