Can someone help us understand some jargon related to CLIM.
Evidently Symbolics has a PC implementation of CLtl2. Is this CLOE?

Right. CLOE is the DOS/386 Lisp environment product from
Symbolics. It supports CLIM.

    What is Genera?

Genera is the Symbolics Lisp-machine operating system. It also
supports CLIM.

We are interested in finding out about any CLIM implementations on the PC...

I think that CLOE is the only DOS-based Lisp implementation
currently supporting CLIM.
