    Is there any standard of CLIM and if so, does anybody know a book or paper,
    which describes the standard functionality of CLIM ?

The Symbolics book "Common Lisp Interface Manager (CLIM): Release 1.0"
that comes with practically all CLIM implementations, describes the current
standard.

There is a more formal and accurate specification for the release 2.0 of CLIM,
which will be the base for all implementations of CLIM 2.0 to come.

As far as I know, there is no CLIM book like the S.Keene's about CLOS, in
case you have something like that in mind.
