    Is there any standard of CLIM and if so, does anybody know a book or paper,
    which describes the standard functionality of CLIM ?

There is a CLIM 2.0 spec that is moving towards public review.  It is
long and involved, so I won't yet offer it to you.  You might call a
sales rep at a Lisp vendor (Symbolics, Lucid, Franz, Harlequin, ILA) to
see if they can send you documentation.
