Correction to dpANS Common Lisp FTP instructions

The previous announcement of anonymous FTP access to the dpANS for Common
Lisp gave the host name Beta.Xerox.COM.  Please correct that to
PARCFTP.Xerox.COM.  At the moment these are synonyms, but if Xerox were to
move their FTP server the latter name would move with it.  We're sorry for
the confusion.
