    Is there an equivalent of dw:find-program-window in clim?  If not,
    what's the best way to do that?  A method (before? after? around?) on
    run-frame-top-level?...

There is no equivalent.  Perhaps it would be useful to write one.

    How to manage frameworks created by someone else (for which I don't want
    to create methods)?
