CLIM Documentation

I have MCL, and the CLIM Demo, but all I get when I go to start it up, is 
a memory allocation failure, or a backto finder. I have followedthe directions
that come withtheteach text document with MCL "User Contributors code." Any 
ideas as to what Icould to to get it running on my machine?  MCL is set to 
3.5 Megs.
Alsowhere can I find the complete documentaiton for CLIM?
