Redisplay of scroll-bar ink
Date: Tue, 28 Jun 1994 20:53-0400
From: Benjamin Renaud <benjamin@reagan.ai.mit.edu>
CLIM 2.1 on MacIvory model 3 running Genera 8.3.
I have observed that the ink of the scroll bars of my various panes
holds up very poorly through various redisplays. Namely, it starts out
a nice medium shade (on a black and white (256 levels) monitor) and
redisplays as completely black (after a menu has been sitting on it, or
after a layout rearrangement). It may sound trivial, but it does worsen
the looks of the application significantly.
Anyone knows of a fix?
I think this might have something to do with the Genera's idea of how
deep the screen is. Gary?
