new release of PCL 4/29 prime

There is a new release of PCL on parcvax.xerox.com.  This release is the
same as yesterday's except that :dynamic and :class slots work.  You may
want to FTP only the defsys.lisp, slots.lisp and notes.text files.

Note that this release (as well as yesterday's) exports far fewer
symbols than previous releases of PCL.  Specifically, it exports only
those symbols specified in chapters 1 and 2 of the CLOS specification.
Some programs may have import extra symbols from PCL.  An excellent
example is that any program which defines methods on print-instance will
have to import print-instance.
