lucid port of St. Patrick's Day PCL

We have been using St. Patrick's Day PCL with ibcl, and have 
developed a fair amount of code.

We just got a copy of lucid from our sun salesman for evaluation
and are having problems with  "mki"  getting a message
such as:

   > (mki 'primitive_constant 'P_constant 'all)

Is there a standard set of patches which we should install?
Do these problems look familiar to others?
