How to get CLOS Workshop proceedings?

I'm new to this mailing list, so forgive me if the answer to this
has been posted in the past:  How do I get a copy of the proceedings
of the CLOS Workshop?  A recent posting said that Envos would
including a copy of the proceedings *with* a purchase of PCL
on tape; but I called Envos, and they don't seem willing to sell
copies of the proceedings alone.  Is there any other source, and
how much do the proceedings cost?
