mail archive server for pcl

I appologize for using this list for a non technical question.

In West-Germany we do not have easy access to the newest PCL version available
by ftp because of a missing internet access.  Is there someone out there who is
willing to establish (or already has established) a mail archive server for PCL
that we could use to poll for the newest version?

Currently, we have to beg a friend to ftp it for us, pack it and send it over to
the old world, but this seems to be unbearable in the future.  We also do not
want to loose his cooperative attitude towards us.

Of course, we do appreciate Gregor's efforts for keeping PCL developing as
dynamicly as it has been, and would like to avoid asking him for the additional
work.

Please let me know if you are willing to help us.  Maybe other sites would
appreciate this service also.
