status?

i lost track of this mailing list for a while due to a rearrangement of our
network domains here and subsequent change of mailnames.  

in skimming back over the archives (which seemed to contain mostly the same
messages repeated over and over), i seem to recall some mention of a new
version of pcl coming out "soon".

is it still coming, did i miss it, or have plans changed?  i've been using
victoria day pcl for a while now.
