Allegro-tailored PCL

As Franz has been in the habit of tailoring the released versions of PCL to
Allegro (particularly with regard to case-sensitivity, I think), will there
in due course be a directory from which we Allegro users can ftp the new
version of PCL with the Franz mods already installed?
