To Whom It May Concern,

I'm trying to get some information on how to obtain a copy of
Portable Common Loops that runs in VAX Lisp 3.0 under VMS
version 5.2.  Any information on how to do this would be
greatly appreciated.  I should also tell you that I'm interested
in obtaining a tape as opposed to FTPing the software.  We have
high security precautions here at BP America and it is impossible
to FTP over an outside network.  I will be more than willing
to pick up any cost associated with preparing and delivering
this tape.
