Emmendation to MayDay, for HP's Precision Architecture

The MayDay release is missing one item of relevance to Lucid's "PA"
port to the HP Series 800 machines.  To be added to the list for 
*pathname-extensions*, in defsys.lisp:

             #+(and Lucid PA)                    ("lisp"  . "hbin")
