Cursor Package?

Does anyone out there have a working cursor package for franz lisp?

I know that the franz distribution at one time came with such a package,
but the version that I have does not work.  For some reason, a function
called "ospeed" is defined both in franz and in curses.

I am working on a VMS machine with version 38.91.  I've also got franz on 
a Sun workstation (version 41.?) but both franzs have the same problem.

Any help with a cursor package or pointers to such a package would be
greatly appreciated.
