Re: bug in setf documentation

I modified 'setf' here a couple of years ago so that '(setf <access> <value>)'
would always return <value>.  Its a fairly easy modification, but you have to
make sure and avoid multiple evaluation in case <value> creates side-effects.

I'll be glad to send it out to anyone who wants it.
