Copyright laws

  What can I say but to remind RMS that patents and copyrights are provided
for in the Constitution specifically?  None of the prohibitions he despises
is mandated by or mentioned in the Constitution, to wit, the draft, drug laws,
laws against fornication, unrelated people sharing houses, etc.  There has
never been a serious constitutional challenge to the Copyright Act, even
though it is one of the earliest U.S. statutes.  Laws against all of the
other conduct listed above have been so challenged, in some cases
successfully.
   What is this stuff doing on Franz-Friends anyway?  Let's hear it for
Info-Law.
