problems with the info-dylan mailing list

I have disabled the info-dylan mailing list until I receive
assurances from postmaster@vm.op.dlr.de that the problem has been
resolved.

All mail being sent to info-dylan are being saved to a file. When
the list is reactivated, I'll send a digest of relevant mail.
