KERMIT for LISPMACHINE

A KERMIT that will run in both MIT System 99 and Symbolics
Release 6.0 is on MIT-MC. See GJC;LM0HLP DOC.
A simple (MAKE-SYSTEM 'KERMIT) should be sufficient
for those with system sources pointing to ZERMATT
or the MIT system 99. Try it out now before it
gets into the Columbia U kermit distribution.
