macl 1.3 withdrawn?

I've just spoken to someone at Apple (the 800-282-2732 number) to see
why my order for 1.3 hasn't arrived yet.  I was told that a "serious
bug" was discovered, and that distribution of 1.3 was stopped pending
a fix.  Does anyone know anything about this?
