FTP trouble at cambridge.apple.com

Today (Oct 12), I failed to access cambridge.apple.com. What happened
was that I successfully connected to the host and moved to directory
pub/MACL/CONTRIB. I could ls and ls -l but I could not get any file
using get command. I was said that "Permission denied." Could someone
at the site explain me what is happening for FTP service at the site?
