Stand-alone licensing?

Hi.

I need some info on the cost of a license to bundle a stand-alone
macl application with an educational software package.  [The authors
are presently debating whether or not to charge for this package,
although any fee would just cover support and development costs].
The docs give an address at Apple from which to obtain the license
but if anyone can give me specifics, I'd really appreciate it.
