MACL <--> MacIvory?

Questions: Is there anyone out there using MACL with a MacIvory?  Is it
possible to call MACL objects from Symbolics Lisp to create Mac-like
user interfaces?  Are there any PD glue programs to do this?
I know that it is possible to call Toolbox routines from Symbolics
Lisp by making C programs that run the RPC (Remote Procedure Call
protocol).  Is it possible to do something similar with MACL and not C?
