   Subject:      Miscellaneous MACL Minutiae
Two miscellaneous bugs:

1.  ECASE is about twice as slow as CASE.  (Thanks to Marc Slack for pointing
this out.)  Is there a good reason for this, or can we safely redefine ECASE in
terms of CASE?

2.  Setting the package of a fred window by using a mode line does not seem to
work for packages which do not (use-package 'lisp).  Is there a way to fix
this?
