Dumplisp image icon puzzler

   Subject:      Dumplisp image icon puzzler
Sometimes when I do a dumplisp the resulting image file has a cool little coral
icon, and other times it just pops up as a vanilla file icon.  This seems to
happen more or less at random.  Does anyone know what might be causing this? 
(The Usual Checks reveal no viruses.)
