"Artificial Intelligence Programming" by Charniak, Riesbeck,
McDermott, and Meehan. I have the second edition (*much* improved
from the first edition) now uses Common Lisp. It's published by
Lawrence Erlbaum Associates, 1987, ISBN 0-89859-609-2. Highly
recommended.
