CLIP-RECT fix needed.

I'm using MACL 1.3.2, and, as you may know, CLIP-RECT is losing.
Does anyone out there have a patch for CLIP-RECT??

Note: I tried using a workaround posted in August on
      info-macl@cambridge.apple.com, but it just crashes
      my Lisp.
