As a side note to this conversation on pricing.  We've been trying to find
a decent lisp for the IBM PC market for the past couple of months.  We have
a grant from IBM and IBM gets upset when we show them software
written on Macs.  Anyway we cannot find a good (where good means CL +
adequate graphics) lisp at any price.  If Allegro was being sold on the IBM
market it would easily sell for 2 to 3 times its current price.
