interface routines to radius TV system

does anyone have interface routines (in any language)
to the Radius TV system.  we're trying to integrate
the video system in Radius with a MCL application.

also, if anyone has done any kind of video-MCL integration,
can you please tell me a little about your experience
(e.g., what video systems are good).
