As promised, I've put an MCL MIDI Manger package up for ftp on
cambridge.apple.com. It's in /pub/MCL2/contrib/mmlisp.sit.hqx, and
should be unbinhexed & unstuffed using Stuffit 1.5 .
The stuff should work in MCL 2.0b1 and later, and MIDI Manager 2.0 and later.
Please read the notes & disclaimers in the midi-manager-lisp.lisp file.
