Sound Manager example contribution

I have uploaded two files to the /pub/MCL2/contrib directory on
cambridge.apple.com. The upload contains code for experimenting with
the extended sound manager's square wave, wave table, and sampled
sounds synthesizers. The files are in a compressed CompactPro archive
which has been BinHex'ed.
