Run-time image

My understanding is that the final version of MCL will allow saving run
time images for applications that require small memory (less than 1.5MB).
1) is this a true assumption? and if it is ,
2) is MCL 2.0b3 has this capability? and if the answer is yes,
3) how can I invoke it?
