Automatic generation of interface files

In the "1 Read me . Lisp "  file in the Library:Interfaces folder it
says that the interface files were automaticly translated from the MPW
Pascal Interface files.  

How could I automaticly translate the QuickTime interface files?  It
would have been nice if Apple included the Lisp interface files on the
QuickTime CD, but they didn't which makes you wonder ...
