run-time version for mcl

Hi there, 

As promised by Apple, run-time version will be available in the
final release of MCL. We are currently using MCL 2.0b4. Is the
run-time version available in MCL 2.0b4? If the answer is yes,
how can we use it? Is there any documentation available?
