shell script...

 Being new to internet...Does anyone have a shell script to break-up an uuencoded
file into smaller (Im not sure how small?) files...Then the recipient could run
the script to rebuild the original file???

 If someone responds, Ill notify info-MCL to so others dont waste their time...
