Need scroll-to-line *fred-window* function

If memory serves me correctly, it seems that someone posted some code
that would scroll to a given line number in a *fred-window*.  If anyone
could remind me what/who/where this code can be found, I would be very
thankful.

(i.e., given a fred window, and a buffer with ~100 lines of text, I 
would like to be able to redraw the buffer and then scroll to line x.)
