A diff for MCL

Does anybody have a version of diff (as in the UNIX file comparison utility)
for MCL2.0? I'm considering writing one, but if someone already has and doesn't
mind sharing, it would save some time. We have several programmers working on
the same project and configuration control is beginning to become an issue.
