a particular string

for internal use only I want to produce the string : 
        "put x into field 1 of card 1"
where x is also a string.
so i want to have for example :
        "put "il etait une fois" into card field resultat of card 1"

but I have not been able to produce such a string because of the behaviour
of MCL with the " caracter;

I would be very happy to have some help.
