I will attempt to include everything from the contrib directory on the CD-ROM.
Some things may not be included because of (1) copyright limitations, or (2)
hopelessly obsolete code. 

The deadline for contributions to the upcoming CD-ROM release is March 15.
However, contributions are always welcome to our ftp site and for possible
future CD's.
