Louis,

At last week's Apple Developer Conference, we spent a few minutes testing the
Macintosh Common Lisp 2.0 software (which will ship from APDA early this
summer) on a Radius Rocket 33 and it seemed to work fine. Incidentally, the
Radius Rocket 33 should appear to the software to be identical to the Macintosh
Quadra 950 which Apple announced earlier this week (both use a 33 MHz Motorola
68040 microprocessor).

We have not yet had a chance to try MCL 2.0 on the Radius Rocket 25, but we
believe that it should work. However, we discovered that MCL 2.0 does not run
correctly on the Radius Rocket 25i (which uses a 25 MHz Motorola 68040
microprocessor with floating point disabled). My guess is that MCL assumes
that floating point hardware is always included in the 68040.

We (the MCL engineering team and myself) would like to hear from anyone who has
used MCL with the Radius Rocket or any other accelerator board. Thanks.
