I don't know if this is still valid, but I found this entry in
the pd-lisp-code-ftp-sites.text file.

Well, according to that file, it's available from
a.gp.cs.cmu.edu:/usr/mkant/Public by anonymous ftp,
along with lots and lots of other lisp goodies, courtesy
