Iterate Upload

I have uploaded Jonathan Amsterdam's very nice Iterate package at
the cambridge archive. It is the file Iterate.sit.hqx in the directory
pub/mcl2/contrib. For those who don't know what Iterate is, it is
a CLtL2 Loop replacement. It improves on Loop in many ways and
solves two flaws in Loop: Iterate is elegant and expandable.

I will upload tomorrow my contribs which use the Iterate package.
