Cartier's Contribs WHO-CALLS bug

There seems to be a bug in the WHO-CALLS system of
Cartier's Contribs related to compiled fasl files.

If you are presently using the WHO-CALLS system, I
suggest that you either stop compiling files or stop
using WHO-CALLS temporarely.

Ralf Moeller sent me some code that should enable me
to fix the problem in the next few days.
