Addition to the cambridge archive

I have uploaded a contribution from Denis R Howlett (drh@world.std.com)
to the cambridge archive. The file is "passwords.lisp". It implements
a password-text-dialog-item that can be useful if you sometimes need as
I do, to ask for a hidden password.
