twist-down triangles

By the request of the author (Richard Lynch, lynch@ils.nwu.edu) 
I have deleted twist-down.sea.hqx from the contrib library on cambridge.apple.com.
This library gives you little twist-down triangles, similar to what
the System 7 Finder has.

You are encouraged instead to use Lynch_Lib.sea.hqx, which contains
a better version of the same utility, plus a whole lot more.
