I'm a long time Lisp user but a fairly new Mac (& MCL) user. I just
noticed that the form (DECODE-UNIVERSAL-TIME (GET-UNIVERSAL-TIME))
returns the wrong time zone (it gives me a 2 when it should be a 6).
How do I set the time zone on my Mac (I'm running System 7 on a IIci).
